For orders under DKK 500 will be added a handling fee of DKK 50

Prepayment fee DKK 200

 

If 2 deliveries are requested, this will be considered as 2 different orders.

 

Complaints:

Upon receipt of the item, visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the shipping note!

Complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of the item.

 

Returns:

- Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement.

- When returning goods in original packaging, 15% will be set off for handling.

- When returning goods where the original packaging is marked with e.g. pricetags, 25% will be offset for handling.

- Items not returned in original packaging will be set off by 50%.

- Price-marked goods will not be credited.

- Items billed more than 1 month ago will not be credited.

- Only goods returned free of charge are taken.

 

In the event of a faulty dispatch from our warehouse, the goods are of course exchanged at no cost.
